We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return any chair within 60 days and receive a full refund on the price of the chair.

To return a chair you must provide the information below and email it to returns@strongbackchair.com within 60 days of your delivery receipt date.  You will then receive a return authorization number and return instructions.

Returns will only be accepted with this prior authorization only.  Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization number will be ineligible for a STRONGBACK refund and will only be returned to you at your expense.

• Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Your credit card will be credited for the appropriate refund after our inspection in the warehouse.  A copy of the return credit will be emailed to you at that time.  This process generally takes 7 to 10 days after the product reaches the warehouse.
