100% Guaranty Return Policy

There is a full 1 year warranty on all STRONGBACK Chairs purchased through this website if the chair is defective or breaks for any reason.  You have an entire year and can choose between a new chair or a full refund - we will cover return shipping only if it is an address within the USA.  You will need to send us a photo attached to an email and a short description of the problem.

If you order a chair that is in perfect condition but want to return for a different reason you have 30 days to do so - so make sure you try it immediately to ensure it is right for you!  In these instances, you will need to pay for return shipping.

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.  Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization will be ineligible for a STRONGBACK refund and will only be returned to you at your expense.

Your credit card will be credited for the appropriate refund after our inspection in the warehouse.  This process generally takes 7 to 10 days after the product reaches the warehouse.

If you ordered a chair through a different merchant (e.g. you did not order through this website) and want to return or replace your chair you need to go back to the merchant that sold you the chair.  In most cases we are contractually prohibited from helping you because each retailer wants complete control of communications with their customers (which is reasonable).  However, if you have difficulty with a particular retailer/merchant please let us know and we will try to help.
