The aluminum frame has weak points where it is riveted and my first Elite chair failed (left front support broke in two) at the point where the rivet was. I am 210# and don’t abuse the chair at all. It failed after the warranty had expired. I bought a new one because I have found no better chair for my back but I wish it was sturdier. Also the cup holder needs to be a little larger in diameter. Overall all good chairs.

Second one I bought
I bought my first Strongback probably 6 years ago and I used it everyday as it is more comfortable and supportive than any chair I have ever had. It finally broke. Thank you for your customer service in ordering me another!

Sturdy and comfortable
This is our second set of Strongback chairs. Great height, comfortable. Wish they reclined. 4/5 stars because delivery took almost 2x longer than stated when ordered.

No Customer Support
I got 2 Elite Chairs - Best chair for the oversized to obese, but not for me. Customer support has been ignoring my Return Authorization Request for 8days now. No Phone support No 'Sorry we are out of the office until ...' - No email support No 'Sorry we are out of the office email. And No answer to the RTA request form. Zero Stars for Customer Support and Integrity.
I dont care much for Amazon so I ordered from Strongback direct.
