Always loved these chairs but their customer service chat option doesn't work, their phone number doesn't go anywhere but an answering machine, and their email states will respond in 24hrs. However here I am with a birthday present that still hasn't shipped in over a week, while I ordered a different chair for my daughter ( a week later) that will arrive today. No response, no follow through, no customer service.

Best Camping Chairs
We had two chairs and one had broken hardware. When we notified Strongback of the broken hardware they immediately responded with providing us with a new chair. Customer Service is exceptional as is the product

A perfect fit
The Guru chair is exactly as described. It is well made, collapses easily, and provides great lumbar support for my weak back. I am 5'6" tall. It is a perfect fit. Customer Service was also great.
