I'm average male height and it works well for me. It's not as comfy as my recliner but much better than my legs going numb sitting on a cold bleacher. My wife who is average female height tried it once but her feet no longer touched the ground due to the couple extra inches of height the seat gives. She only tried it on the first row of one set of bleachers seats so we don't know if they were abnormally high or average height. She thought moving up a row would have let her put her feet on the bench in front instead of the ground and been comfortable but didn't try it because it wasn't worth the effort. She enjoyed the seat better than no seat for the time she used it. She talked me into buying it and she was right as usual - I'm much happier and complain less to her about the seating when I'm using it.

The most comfortable, lightweight stadium chair I've ever used!
I was curious about this new design of chair and I'm happy to say it's very comfortable for a sore lower back person. I could see them making a wider version for bigger folks like myself as the side bar is right along the side of my leg. I'm 6' 3" and 260 lbs. It has enough spring in the seat that I don't feel the bar on the bottom. It could use grip rubber along the entire base, as it slips a bit on plastic bleachers at an indoor volleyball game. Making me re-adjust every so often. Other than that, I'm a big fan!

Much better than my previous chair, but takes some practice.
I love the back support. It does take some practice to get better at unfolding the chair and finding the back angle you’d like. Sometimes it’s hard to lock in the handles you use for adjusting angle.

Most adaptable chair
Great for stadium seating or if you forgot regular chair, just put them on the ground and they'll still function as designed. Great chairs, though hard to get up from the ground if you aren't flexible for it. Highly recommend!
