Lower back support is good but chair is so close to the ground it’s difficult to use.
There’s no headrest or head/neck support.
The cup holder is very small. Nothing fits.
Arm rests are non existent.

This is not a normal chair , there is no comparison with any other. This is the only one that you can sit in and not get up sore !
I bought this specifically for convenience at the beach…. Not the best design for the beach. Heavy to carry, the feet collect so much sand and now the hinges are tough to open and close, the cup holder is not big enough. This is my 3rd chair from strongback. These are great for my back but I bought the different versions because I need them for the convenience of how I am using them. Stadium chair is bulky but does the job. No real complaint since I need the support.. the regular chair is great for watching softball but hate the bag. Would rather just have a strap to carry with, I don’t think the beach chair is worth the money for all the other inconveniences that come along with it. Use one that works for all your needs and put a towel behind your back for support.
I love to sit in the sun and read for a couple of hours a day. This is the first beach type chair that has not effected my back. If you have the same issues with other chairs buy this chair, you will not be sorry. It truly is the only chair I will buy in the future. I have been using this chair for over three years and just now getting a few tears in the nylon but holding up. I bought another last year thinking I would need it but it is still in the box for future use.
